PCB promotes Navarra as a destination for congresses, conventions and incentive trips

Pamplona Convention Bureau is a body whose main aim is to disseminate and promote Navarra and its regional capital, Pamplona, as a tourist destination for congresses, conventions and incentive trips. We provide the following services:

• Preparation of candidacies for congresses with full information about the destination and tailor-made dossier about your event.
• Assistance in presentation of the candidacy.
• Coordination of visits to venues and information about specialist companies to ensure you find the venue best suited for your needs.
• Contact with key companies from the destination, ranging from professional organizers of congresses to transport arrangements and companies offering incoming services.
• Advice about drawing up leisure programmes and post-congress suggestions.  
•  We work with hotels and relevant venues to provide you with a selection of infrastructures that are best suited to your needs.  
• Promotion of Navarra via attendance at trade fairs and promotional activities on both a national and international level in the congress sector.  
• Promotion of companies from Navarra specializing in overseas.
• We conduct market surveys about congresses.
